Thank You Eve! My Wife Judith and I rented a Climate Controlled Storage Unit at Grafton Self Storage on May 24, 2021 and wish to offer the following comments: The Manager, Eve Jones, went "above and beyond" on our behalf to meet us at the Facility PRIOR to our Sign Up Date! Eve was extremely personable, professional, and patient with us as she explained how to access the Facility with Our "Personal Code" and also explained the billing/payment process/options!...Eve was ever so kind to find us a Unit close to the Loading Dock, and even graciously provided an "Upgrade" from Our requested 10 x 10 space to a larger 10 x 13 space at no additional charge!...We have made 4 visits to the facility over the past three weeks, bringing personal effects, and on each occasion, the Facility has been easy to access, utterly immaculate, well-lit, and a pleasure to utilize with the convenient "Loading Carts" available for Client use!...THANK YOU for Everything, EVE...we are so very delighted that we chose Grafton Self-Storage to store our personal effects!...... Good experience. Clean, well-lighted, good service elevator. Most importantly, I am so grateful to the manager, Eve, as she came to my aid when I had difficulty lifting the door on my unit I had unlocked my circle lock, but had trouble with the latch that opens the metal door. I called Eve about 5:00 pm. She left her office promptly and came right away to the storage facility to help me. Thanks so much!
